EPLC Project Manager / Federal IT PM

As an EPLC Project Manager / Federal IT PM, you will play a pivotal role in driving IT modernization and project success for federal agencies, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective delivery. Key responsibilities include: Providing project management support aligned with Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) requirements Developing and maintaining management plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) Supporting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and governance activities across project workstreams Coordinating technical, security, data, and stakeholder activities to facilitate project execution Managing project risks, mitigation strategies, deliverables, and status reporting Supporting bi-weekly and monthly reporting requirements and project management artifacts Overseeing transition planning and deliverable tracking activities Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams in Agile/Scrum environments Ensuring adherence to federal governance, documentation, and compliance requirements
