ERP Application Process Specialist - Manufacturing, Warehouse & Logistics Are you ready to develop critical global processes across Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Shipping and Logistics. At IPCO, you will play a key role in shaping the future of a global industrial company through process harmonization and automation, on our global, cloud-based Infor M3 platform. You act as the trusted link between Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics and our IT organization, translating operational needs into secure, scalable solutions across our global operations. What you’ll do Manage and develop Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Shipping processes within Infor M3 CloudSuite, partnering closely with business stakeholders. Configure, test, and release solutions in M3, ensuring stable, scalable, and well-documented systems. Support integrations between M3 and surrounding applications Participate in global M3 and digital transformation projects, from requirements through go-live. Act as an escalation point for complex, business-critical incidents, driving root cause investigations and fixes. Who you are You enjoy understanding how business processes work and finding smarter ways to improve them through technology. You are equally comfortable discussing strategic requirements with senior stakeholders as you are analysing process flows or troubleshooting complex system issues. You are structured, analytical, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and genuine enthusiasm for continuous improvement, and you thrive in global collaborative environments. Qualifications Required Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience. Experience working with ERP applications, preferably in a functional or process-oriented role Good understanding of Manufacturing, Warehousing and Logistics processes. Experience with application configuration, process improvement, and requirements management. Experience of testing and release activities Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken. Willing to travel, for example to our sites in Fellbach, Germany, and Sandviken, Sweden depending on business needs. Meritorious Experience working with M3 Experience from global manufacturing organisations. Experience with ERP integrations and enterprise application landscapes. Experience working in projects.
