ERP Consultant (HR & Payroll) or ERP Support Consultant (HR & Payroll)

We are looking for a support specialist to help Polish-speaking users work effectively with CGI Egeria in the payroll area. In this role, you will provide first-line functional support, investigate user issues, and help ensure that financial processes run smoothly and data remains accurate.

Job responsibilities:

• Analyze incoming support tickets and identify the root cause of reported issues.
• Explain system functionalities and financial or payroll processes to users in Polish.
• Propose solutions that align with accounting and payroll principles.
• Support users in their daily work with CGI Egeria.
• Help maintain data accuracy and the smooth execution of financial processes in the system.
  
  

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Fluency in Polish, including the ability to provide user support in Polish.
• Experience or knowledge related to financial or payroll processes.
• Ability to analyze user-reported issues and identify their likely causes.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to explain processes and system functionality.
• A careful, solution-oriented approach to supporting users and maintaining data accuracy.
