Behind that customer experience is a complex ecosystem of enterprise systems, integrations, data, and financial transactions that need to work together seamlessly. We’re looking for an ERP integration professional who understands both how systems connect and how operational transactions flow through the ERP into the general ledger. As our ERP Integration Analyst (Finance) , you’ll work at the intersection of enterprise technology and Finance, building and supporting integrations between our ERP environment, currently Infor CloudSuite M3, and eCommerce, marketplace, shipping, pricing, and other third-party platforms. You’ll follow transactions across interconnected systems, work directly with the teams that depend on them, and help shape how we use APIs, automation, data, and AI to make our enterprise environment more reliable and scalable. In This Role, You’ll Have the Opportunity To Own meaningful, end-to-end work: Take responsibility for integrations that connect critical business and financial systems Solve complex problems with visible impact: Trace transactions across systems, identify root causes, and improve reliability, accuracy, and data quality Help modernize how we work: Use APIs, automation, data, and AI-enabled tools while partnering across Enterprise Applications, Finance, eCommerce, and Operations What You’ll Do Build and support integrations connecting ERP, eCommerce, marketplace, shipping, pricing, and third-party platforms Design and maintain API-based, message-based, and file-based data flows Develop and support REST API integrations, including authentication, payloads, error handling, testing, and validation Use SQL to validate data, reconcile discrepancies, and troubleshoot issues across systems Trace operational transactions through the ERP to understand and resolve impacts to journal entries, general ledger activity, AP, AR, and other financial processes Own production support for your integrations, including monitoring, root-cause analysis, and resolution Use scripting, automation, and AI-enabled tools, including GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio, to improve development, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation Partner with internal teams and external vendors to improve system reliability and business processes What You’ll Bring 4+ years of experience building, supporting, or troubleshooting ERP integrations within a major ERP environment such as Infor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite Strong understanding of ERP financial processes, including journal entries, general ledger accounts, AP/AR, and how operational transactions become accounting entries Hands-on experience developing or supporting REST API integrations Proficiency with SQL for data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting Experience with at least one scripting or programming language used for integration or automation Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to follow an issue across multiple systems from source to resolution Experience with Infor CloudSuite M3, ION, or Data Fabric is a plus, as is experience in retail, eCommerce, wholesale, or distribution environments , particularly with marketplace, shipping, pricing, or third-party logistics integrations. Familiarity with GitHub, Agile Scrum, GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot Studio is also helpful. Our preferred location for the ERP Integration Analyst (Finance) is Grinnell, Iowa , with hybrid work available. Candidates must currently reside in Iowa, Minnesota, North Carolina, or Florida, or be willing to relocate to Iowa. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates relocating to Iowa. Remote team members should expect periodic onsite travel to Grinnell, based on business needs.
