ERP Project Manager
Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead complex Enterprise Resource Planning initiatives within the IT Services sector. This pivotal role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of ERP implementations, ensuring alignment with business transformation goals, and driving successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project governance, resource allocation, and the ability to navigate diverse methodologies to achieve strategic objectives while managing budgets and stakeholder expectations effectively.
Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end ERP implementation projects from initiation through to final deployment and stabilization.
- Formulate and execute comprehensive project plans utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks to suit specific project needs.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessment and implement proactive change management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation to ensure financial efficiency.
- Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Utilize advanced project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Planview for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure seamless integration of technical and business requirements.
- Facilitate business transformation initiatives by aligning ERP solutions with evolving organizational processes.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of professional experience in project management, specifically within the IT Services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale ERP implementation projects.
- Expertise in applying Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools including MS Project, Jira, and Planview.
- Strong capabilities in risk management, change management, budgeting, and resource planning.
- In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business transformation principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
