ERP Technical Consultant

Your main responsibilities would be:

• provide consulting and support for our clients during the ERP implementations focusing on the technical side (integrations, data migration, cloud environment)
• understand the complex Dynamics 365 environments
• provide on-site support to clients during the implementations and go-live period
• gain an in-depth understanding of our NAXT software solution and all the possible business applications for it, through internal training sessions and real-life implementations
• contribute to software related senior level discussions
• analyze customer business requirements and product objectives
• evaluate and understand potential integrations with third party applications
• understand and support vendor interfaces and data migration processes
• follow the project timeline and work with both business & technical personnel in accordance with the project plan
• provide short term post go-live support and take part in transition to internal support team.

What we expect from you:

• university degree in Business Informatics/Engineering or any related field
• minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience including expertise in business solutions deployment, consulting (IT/ERP consultant or business analyst role)
• experience with Dynamics 365 F&O application and Azure Cloud environment is an advantage
• excellent understanding on the technical side of implementation projects
• excellent command of English, in both speaking and writing
• good presentation and demonstration skills
• striving for continuous learning and development, diligence, and responsible attitude
• flexible working hours based on the business needs to be able to cooperate with colleagues in US, EMEA, APAC regions
• willingness to travel (up to 50-60%)
• proven track record of participating in successful ERP system implementation(s)
