Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking an ERPNext specialist to configure, integrate, and deploy ERPNext for schools and educational institutions, including on-premises server setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure ERPNext and all relevant modules (Education, Accounts, HR, Inventory, and others) to match institutional workflows.
- Integrate ERPNext with education services, API gateways, and payment gateways, including fee collection and reconciliation.
- Plan and prepare on-prem Linux server environments, including installation, hardening, backups, and monitoring.
- Train staff and provide post-go-live support and documentation.
Requirements
- Proven ERPNext implementation experience, ideally with the Education module.
- Experience working with schools or other education institutions.
- Strong Linux server administration and on-prem deployment skills (Ubuntu/Debian).
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and payment gateway integrations.
- Working knowledge of Python and JavaScript within the Frappe framework.
- Database administration experience (MariaDB or PostgreSQL).
