Title: ESG Reporting Consultant (Process & Technical Profiles)

Location: Helsinki, Vaasa (Finland) or Stockholm (Sweden) – Hybrid (50% Remote)

Contract Duration: 01 Oct 2026 – 31 Mar 2027 (6 Months, Freelance B2B)

Workload: 100% (37.5 hrs/week)

Position Summary:

We are seeking up to three ESG Reporting Consultants (Process & Technical specialists) for a 6-month contract engagement in Finland or Sweden. You will support ESG report compilation, develop reporting frameworks for Pillar 1 and Pillar 3 regulatory requirements, and drive data automation across financial supervisory reporting streams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in ESG report production and regulatory submissions to financial supervisory authorities.
• Define process requirements for target ESG reporting solutions and collaborate with IT development units.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and dry runs for new ESG reporting features.
• Handle large financial datasets, utilizing automated data workflows in Excel, SQL, Alteryx, or Python.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Documented experience in ESG reporting, regulatory data handling, or financial reporting process automation.
• Strong technical skill set with Excel and SQL (hands-on experience with Alteryx or Python is highly advantageous).
• Understanding of banking balance sheet structures and financial supervisory reporting is a strong plus.
• Professional fluency in English.
