A pessoa profissional atua em parceria para realizar a roteirização diária dos caminhões da regional sudeste - RJ, MG e ES - promovendo a eficiência e o fluxo logístico, liberação antecipada das ordens de carregamento e atendimento pleno dos pedidos de clientes. Atua em contato com as equipes de distribuição locais para compreender os cenários de estoque e disponibilidade de recursos das transportadoras e com as equipes comerciais para acolher as particularidades de clientes e construir soluções para as situações diárias de pedidos. O objetivo final é promover a gestão consciente e sustentável dos recursos e dos indicadores de desempenho logístico, ao mesmo tempo que cultiva a plena satisfação e o bom relacionamento com os clientes.

Eficiência Logística: Atuação no acompanhamento e aprimoramento de múltiplos indicadores de eficiência logística, como cilindro equivalente entregue por Km rodado, percentual de carregamento dos caminhões, número de viagens, custo de logística primária e custo de logística secundária.

Acompanhamento e cuidado: Acompanhar e compreender com empatia as causas raiz de pedidos improdutivos, reprogramações e rupturas, buscando a melhoria contínua dos processos DG e a satisfação dos clientes finais.

Buscamos uma pessoa com ótima capacidade analítica e de construção de soluções, pensamento dinâmico e flexível e habilidade de construção de alianças e diálogo. Também valorizamos uma boa comunicação, habilidade de liderança colaborativa e inspiradora e facilidade para o trabalho em equipe.

Do you have these requirements?

• Ensino superior em Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
• Desejável vivência prévia de 3 anos com operações logísticas (ou experiência equivalente).

A atuação será em modelo híbrido, baseado na filial de Belford Roxo-RJ ou Contagem-MG, de segunda a sexta das 13h às 22h48.
