Descrição da Função
"ROLE: Identify, qualify, and approach new influencers and affiliates in domestic and international markets. Onboard and activate partners in campaigns, maintaining ongoing engagement. Discuss commercial terms, promotional campaigns, and performance-based incentives. Plan and execute sales-focused initiatives and re-engage inactive partners. Track performance and identify upsell, cross-sell, and market expansion opportunities. Cooperate with internal teams to align campaigns, offers, and commercial materials. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields. A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing management. Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to prioritize tasks. Strong data analysis and communication skills; fluency in English. Advanced knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other tools is a plus. OFFER: Opportunity to grow within a global Influencer & Affiliate Marketing program.
