Legacy Assurance Plan · Independent Contractor (1099) · Remote
Build your estate planning practice without spending time or money on marketing. Legacy Assurance Plan connects licensed attorneys with intake-complete, pre-qualified clients who need wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. We handle everything from marketing to plan delivery, including trust funding, so you can focus on the legal work.
What We Handle for You
- Marketing and lead generation, with no cost to you
- Client intake and pre-qualification
- Consultation scheduling
- Document printing, deed retrieval, and delivery scheduling
- Plan delivery by trained notaries
- Trust funding guidance and beneficiary review
- Client follow-ups and ongoing service
Compensation
- Per-plan fees determined by complexity, starting at $400 per plan
- Paid weekly, so there’s no waiting on client billing or collections
- No lead costs, marketing fees, or buy-in. Your only out-of-pocket expense is your existing malpractice coverage
- At 1–3 plans per week, base-rate earnings range from about $400 to $1,200 per week, with more complex plans paying more. The number of plans you receive is not guaranteed
Caseload and Flexibility
- Many of our network attorneys receive 3-5 plans per week
- You set your availability and can adjust it anytime based on your own caseload
- Consultations are conducted virtually, on your schedule
- The number of plans varies by market and is not guaranteed
How It Works
- You control the attorney-client relationship and exercise your full independent professional judgment
- Our model is structured to comply with bar rules on third-party engagements and fee splitting prohibitions
- You maintain your own malpractice coverage; we cover all other costs
What You’ll Gain
- Steady volume across wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
- Experience in business planning, Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning, with support if these are new to you
- A peer network of estate planning attorneys for collaboration and questions
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar license in good standing
- Comfortable advising clients virtually
- Existing malpractice insurance
- Multi-state licensure a plus, not required
Whether you’re a newer attorney looking to build experience or an established solo who wants added volume without added overhead, we’d like to talk. Apply with your current resume, and we’ll follow up within 48 hours.
