Job Description This is a remote position. About the Client Our client is a boutique floral design studio specializing in custom floral arrangements, subscription services, and event styling. They are seeking a General Virtual Assistant to provide essential support across business operations, billing, logistics, and digital platforms. This role combines administrative precision with creative business tools management, helping streamline daily operations while ensuring smooth client and vendor interactions. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic creative environment. Responsibilities Administrative & Operations Billing & invoice management (QuickBooks setup and ongoing use) Email management Calendar management Logistics and operations support Social Media & Marketing Posting and managing content from her social content calendar (via Notion) Managing social media presence (execution, not strategy) Event & Floral Business Tools Using EverStem to: Build floral recipes Generate quotes/estimates Create sales orders for wholesalers Assisting in entering historical floral order data into EverStem Tools Needed : Proficient in using tools such as Notion, Google Drive, QuickBooks, Shopify, EverStem, and social media platforms, with basic graphic and video editing skills.
