This opportunity is built for experienced advisors who want to spend their time closing — not prospecting. We provide the clients, the pre-scheduled appointments, and the back-end support. You focus on advising and earning. This is an outside advisor role: you'll meet with clients in the field — at their home or another pre-set location — as well as through pre-scheduled virtual appointments, as a 1099 independent contractor . What You Get Pre-set, qualified appointments — targeting 10–12 per week, no cold calling No marketing costs — we handle lead generation Full back-office support — a dedicated Case Manager handles case design, applications, and follow-up Streamlined process — minimal paperwork headaches Access to top carriers — annuity, insurance, and retirement income solutions Room to grow — potential for additional sales opportunities for advisors who want to expand their book of business Income Potential Commission-based — not a guaranteed salary Typical earnings: $150K–$250K+ Top producers: $300K+ Actual income depends on closing skills and production; a consistent flow of pre-set appointments gives you a consistent opportunity to produce What You'll Do Meet with pre-qualified prospects in the field — many already clients of our Estate Planning services — interested in retirement and estate planning Recommend annuity, insurance, and retirement income strategies based on client needs, including Roth conversions Close business and maintain client relationships Work alongside a dedicated Case Manager and Appointment Setter Requirements Active Health & Life license (required) Series 65, Series 7 & 66, or similar (ChFC, RICP a plus or willing to obtain) Familiarity with Roth conversions and retirement income planning Proven sales experience with a consultative, needs-based approach Clean U4 (if currently registered) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to meet clients within your territory, with occasional overnight stays as needed If you're ready to step into a system where the appointments are set, the support is built in, and your income is tied to production — not prospecting — apply now.
