Job Summary
As an Estates Contract Manager, you'll lead the management and performance of Dstl's Estates contracts, ensuring suppliers deliver high-quality, value-for-money services that meet business needs. Working closely with the Estates Technical Leader, you'll drive contract performance, manage risks, build strong supplier relationships, and support continuous improvement across the Estates portfolio.

- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and contractual obligations to ensure compliance and performance.
- Produce reports, business cases, and briefings for senior stakeholders.
- Support procurement activities throughout the contract lifecycle, from tendering to contract exit.
- Promote best practice in contract management in line with MOD and Government standards.
