About the role Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) estimateur(trice), Véhicules lourds pour notre joindre équipe grandissante! Territoire: Grand Montréal Ce que vous ferez : Inspecter des véhicules lourd et équipements, documentation des dommages et estimations des coûts de réparations. Établir des valeurs marchandes pour les équipements et véhicules non réparables. Collaborer avec les ateliers pour approuver et documenter les dommages additionnels à l’estimation initiale. Utiliser des logiciels d’estimation, des logiciels de traitement des sinistres et des outils technologiques disponibles afin d’augmenter la productivité et de maintenir les dossiers à jour. Profil recherché : ​ Vous êtes minutieux.se et portez une attention aux détails. Vous avez un grand intérêt à vous dépasser. Vous désirez offrir une expérience client exceptionnelle. Vous êtes organisé.e. Ce que vous mettrez à profit : Diplôme secondaire ou diplôme professionnel (mécanique, débosselage). Permis du GAA (véhicule lourd) un atout. Minimum 3 années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire. Bonne maîtrise de différents outils informatiques. Connaissances en estimation et en véhicules lourds. Bilinguisme, un atout (français/anglais) – Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec une clientèle anglophone et des collègues partout au pays. Disponible pour des déplacements – Avoir un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conduite.
