📢 WE’RE HIRING: ESTIMATOR

We’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team and support a U.S.-based construction and property services company.

If you have solid experience in construction estimating and can confidently review project scopes, prepare takeoffs, and put together accurate estimates, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Review project scopes, drawings, specifications, photos, and other bid documents

• Prepare quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates

• Calculate labor, materials, equipment, and other project costs

• Request and review quotes from vendors and subcontractors

• Identify missing information, scope gaps, exclusions, and assumptions

• Prepare clear and professional proposals

• Keep track of bids, deadlines, pricing, and estimate records

• Coordinate with project managers, operations, vendors, and other teams

• Help ensure a smooth handoff of awarded projects

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience in construction estimating, preconstruction, quantity takeoff, or a similar role

• Experience with renovation, general construction, property services, or related projects

• Can read and understand drawings, specifications, scopes, and bid documents

• Strong understanding of labor, materials, production rates, and project costs

• Good Excel/spreadsheet skills

• Experience with estimating or takeoff software

• Good written English and communication skills

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice to have:

• Experience with multifamily, senior living, student housing, maintenance, or renovation projects

• Experience with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Buildertrend, Procore, or similar software

• Background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

• Experience working with U.S.-based contractors, vendors, or clients
