We are currently seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Estimator to join our growing Preconstruction team. This individual will support some of the most complex and high-profile projects across Data Centers, Healthcare, Aviation, Commercial Buildings, and Interior Fit-Out sectors. The ideal candidate combines strong technical estimating expertise with the ability to communicate directly with clients, guide design decisions, and provide strategic cost advice throughout the project lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual through detailed estimates (Class 5 through Class 1) throughout all phases of design.

• Prepare Mechanical and Electrical quantity takeoffs and cost plans utilizing CostX.

• Partner directly with clients, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to establish project budgets.

• Lead value engineering efforts and provide cost-saving recommendations during design development.

• Present estimates, assumptions, and cost strategies to clients and project teams.

• Identify project risks, opportunities, and scope gaps during preconstruction.

• Maintain cost databases, benchmarks, and historical pricing information.

• Support Data Center, Healthcare, Aviation, and Commercial building projects from concept through construction documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 8-10+ years of Mechanical and/or Electrical estimating experience.

• Strong background in conceptual and design-phase estimating.

• Proficiency with CostX estimating software.

• Client-facing experience with the ability to confidently present and defend estimates.

• Data Center experience is highly preferred; Healthcare, Aviation, or Commercial project experience is also valued.
