With a passion for life
Join our diverse teams of passionate people and a career that allows you to develop both personally and professionally. At Getinge we exist to make life-saving technology accessible for more people. To make a true difference for our customers – and to save more lives, we need team players, forward thinkers, and game changers.
Are you looking for an inspiring career? You just found it.
About this opportunity
Ethics & Compliance is part of Group Sustainability, Legal and Compliance. We want Ethics & Compliance to be clear, practical and relevant for every employee across Getinge. In this role you will shape how we communicate, engage and train on Ethics & Compliance across our global organization, and help bring our E&C strategy to life, strengthening ethical decision-making and a strong Speak-Up culture.
You will report to the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and work closely with E&C program owners, Regional E&C Officers, HR, Communications and the business. You will work across key E&C areas, including anti-bribery and corruption, interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations, business partner risk, trade compliance, Speak Up and investigations, and human rights.
In this role, your primary responsibility will be to lead and continuously develop Getinge's global Ethics & Compliance training and communications program, turning E&C priorities, risks and requirements into clear, practical and engaging learning and communications.
What you will do
You will build the plan and the content, and learn from the results. In your daily work you will:
- Develop an annual training and communications plan based on E&C priorities, risks and business needs
- Work with E&C program owners to create clear and engaging e-learning, live training, leadership communications, awareness campaigns and practical guidance, adapted to different audiences, roles and risk levels
- Work with Regional E&C Officers and other stakeholders to support effective local implementation of global initiatives
- Use data and employee feedback to measure whether training and communications are understood and effective, and identify where to improve
- Explore new technology, including AI, to make E&C learning and communications more relevant and efficient, and support leaders and the E&C team with presentations and communication materials
This position is remote within Europe.
You will bring
To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 5 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, legal, communications, training or another relevant business function, preferably in an international organization
- Experience turning complex E&C requirements into clear, practical and engaging training and communications
- Experience developing and delivering training, communications, awareness campaigns or similar employee engagement initiatives
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage several initiatives and stakeholders at the same time
- Comfort with digital learning and communication tools, and an interest in using data, technology and AI to improve how employees learn and engage
- Fluency in English, orally and written
Experience from medical technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical or another regulated industry is an advantage.
In addition to your experience, we highly value your personality. You are an excellent communicator who makes complex topics simple and relevant, curious and creative, and willing to try new approaches. You collaborate well with experts, regional teams, HR, Communications and business leaders, and you are comfortable working independently in a global environment and taking ownership from idea to implementation. You are practical and business-minded with good judgment, well organized with strong follow-through, and comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
We think you have an ambition for growth and an eagerness for keeping up to date with the latest in ethics and compliance, learning and communications.
At Getinge we see ourselves as proactive and self-driven in learning and contributing to the continued development of our products and our organization's capabilities. We are Team Players, Forward Thinkers and Game Changers.
