Role – Project/Data Analytics Manager

Location – Remote, Kenya

Duration – Contract till June 2027

Job Description:

• Define, deliver, and support BI/Analytics application development and implementation plans.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, coordinating resources, budget, timelines, scope, and milestones with business users, vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Lead and facilitate the functional team across scope, quality, change, risk, and issue management, and maintain a project risk/issue log.
• Develop, review, and monitor testing procedures, and create process documentation for implementation and quality validation.
• Recommend BI/Analytics technology strategies, standards, and practices, and build a practical roadmap for implementing new capabilities.
• Establish a collaborative working relationship among business partners, the BI/Analytics team, and strategic implementation partners.
• Manage the project reporting cadence (status updates, program reviews, financial forecast and actuals, resource plan) and prepare executive-level summaries for senior leader briefings.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior and regional stakeholders to secure approvals, buy-in, and a clear understanding of project benefits.
