EU AI Act & ISO Governance Consultant

We are looking for a Swedish- and English-speaking consultant to support EU AI Act compliance and the implementation of ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 27001, and ISO/IEC 27701.

Location: Sweden preferred; remote candidates elsewhere in the EU may be considered

Start date: Within one month

Engagement: Consulting assignment or FTE

Responsibilities

• Conduct EU AI Act gap and readiness assessments
• Inventory and classify AI systems and use cases
• Identify applicable provider, deployer, and other regulatory obligations
• Develop compliance roadmaps, policies, controls, and supporting evidence
• Address AI risk management, transparency, human oversight, data governance, AI literacy, and documentation requirements
• Integrate EU AI Act compliance with ISO/IEC 42001, 27001, and 27701 management systems
• Support audit, conformity-assessment, and regulatory readiness
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
  

Requirements

• At least three years of relevant experience in AI governance, information security, privacy, risk, and compliance
• Practical experience supporting EU AI Act readiness or compliance
• Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 42001
• Hands-on experience with ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701
• Experience with gap assessments, risk management, controls, and audit preparation
• Professional fluency in Swedish and English
• Based in Sweden or able to work remotely from within the EU
• Available to start within one month

Experience with GDPR, high-risk AI systems, regulated industries, or ISO Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor certifications is advantageous.
