A Day in the Life

As Value Stream Senior Program Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and enhancing the effectiveness of our pricing and contracting outcomes through comprehensive analysis and collaborative business process transformation.

In this role, you will lead initiatives and process reviews to support the improvement and integration of our pricing and contracting end-to-end processes. These efforts will focus on ensuring interoperability and scalability, maximizing value creation. You will collaborate with colleagues inside and outside the P&C function to gather requirements and understand needs around request management, offer development including tendering, contract compliance & performance management, as well as pricing and contract operations. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for driving business success.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and improve end-to-end pricing and contracting processes across EMEA, including process documentation and standardization.
• Drive strategic initiatives, digital transformation projects, and change management activities related to pricing and contracting systems.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Pricing & Contracting) to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
• Support communication, training, and adoption of new processes and systems.
• Define, track, and report KPIs to measure process effectiveness and business value.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and business requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Strong program/project management, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience leading process improvement, business transformation, or change management initiatives
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and reporting performance metrics
• Experience with pricing and contracting processes and systems (e.g., CPQ, CLM, pricing management, contract management)

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry experience
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of customer relationship management and B2B commercial processes
• Experience working across international and cross-cultural teams
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies in pricing and contract management
• Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements

The final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with our compensation framework.
