Working closely with risk, finance, marketing, and IT teams, you will help drive a consistent and data-driven approach to credit risk management across the region Key responsibilities: Monitor and analyse credit portfolio performance across European markets, identifying emerging risks, trends, and growth opportunities. Design and develop aligned credit risk dashboards and early warning indicators to support effective decision-making. Prepare insightful credit risk analyses and reports for senior management and Credit Committees, including recommendations for risk mitigation. Analyse credit risk data across the customer lifecycle, from application and scoring to loan closure, to improve portfolio performance. Support stress testing and scenario analysis to assess the impact of changing economic conditions on portfolio risk. Contribute to the development and enhancement of credit risk scoring models and risk measurement methodologies. Collaborate with credit risk teams across markets to align reporting, policies, and best practices. Partner with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Marketing, and IT to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement. Our Requirements: Higher education degree, preferably in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in credit risk management within the retail banking or consumer finance sector. Experience in analysing credit risk indicators and evaluating new credit risk proposals. Good understanding of credit risk management principles for retail portfolios. Solid knowledge of statistics and financial analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
