Event Growth Ambassador

Location: Remote — Nigeria

Compensation: 50% Commission on Trxona's Profit from Referred Hosts' Ticket Sales for 365 Days

At Trxona, we're making event management simpler by helping event organizers create, manage, promote, and sell tickets for their events from one platform.

We're looking for Event Host Acquisition Ambassadors to help us grow our network of event hosts across Nigeria.

Before You Apply

This is a commission-based role and does not offer a fixed salary.

For every event host you successfully bring onto Trxona, you will receive 50% of Trxona's profit from the ticket sales of that host's events for their first 365 days on the platform.

There is no fixed monthly salary. Your earning potential is directly tied to the number and performance of the event hosts you bring to Trxona.

If you are confident in your ability to identify event organizers, build relationships with them, and convince them to use Trxona, this can be a highly rewarding opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Identify and connect with event organizers and hosts in Nigeria.
• Introduce event hosts to Trxona and demonstrate how the platform can help them manage, promote, and sell tickets for their events.
• Convert prospective event hosts into active Trxona users.
• Build and maintain relationships with event organizers (optional).
• Independently source new event hosts through your network, outreach, referrals, events, and other channels.
• Represent Trxona professionally when engaging with potential hosts.
• Share feedback and insights from event organizers to help us improve the platform.

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in or closely with the event industry.
• Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable approaching, pitching to, and engaging prospective clients.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Goal-oriented and confident in a performance-based role.
• A strong network or familiarity with event organizers is an advantage.
• Based anywhere in Nigeria.
