You can expect:

- Hybrid working arrangement
- 25 days of annual paid leave, plus public holiday
- A culture of continuous learning to aid progression
Your key responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and deliver in-person, virtual and hybrid events.
- Partner with business lines and senior stakeholders to define objectives, target audiences, attendee experience, success measures and delivery plans.
- Support a consistent client and attendee experience across events, including invitation, registration, communications and process coordination.
- Manage assigned event budgets with discipline, including spend tracking, cost reconciliation and cost-efficiency opportunities.
- Ensure events comply with internal policies, brand standards and applicable legal, regulatory, compliance and risk requirements.
- Track event outcomes and prepare concise reporting on attendance, engagement, feedback, budget performance and key learnings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners, regional teams, control functions and vendors to ensure events align with business priorities.
- Support ad hoc team projects and initiatives aligned to business priorities.
Your skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related discipline, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in corporate event management, ideally within financial services or another regulated corporate environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client events, conferences, senior stakeholders and hospitality programmes.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, sound judgement and cost discipline, together with a commitment to high-quality execution.
- Confidence working under pressure, adapting to changing requirements and solving problems quickly.
- Working knowledge of Asia-Pacific from a business or event execution perspective.
- Ability to manage defined workstreams independently while collaborating effectively as part of a broader regional team.
- Excellent stakeholder management, written and verbal communication, presentation and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Copilot.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
