Who this role would suit

You’ll be an experienced Event Producer who enjoys taking ownership from initial concept through to final delivery. You’re comfortable bringing together clients, venues, suppliers and internal teams, and you know how to keep complex projects moving while protecting quality, budget and deadlines.

Role Description

As an Event Producer, you will manage the end-to-end production of corporate and brand events across live, virtual and hybrid formats. You’ll develop event concepts and run-of-show documents, coordinate logistics, manage venues and production partners, and keep projects on track against agreed timelines and budgets. Working closely with internal creative, account and technical teams, as well as client stakeholders, you’ll supervise delivery on site, troubleshoot issues and help to turn objectives into smooth, engaging experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event production: Lead the production of live, virtual and hybrid corporate and brand events from concept through to completion.

  • Project planning: Build and maintain project plans, production schedules, run-of-show documents and key milestones.

  • Logistics: Coordinate venues, travel, equipment, staffing and other operational requirements for each event.

  • Budget management: Scope projects, manage agreed budgets, track costs and support timely financial reporting.

  • Supplier management: Source, brief and manage venues, production suppliers and technical partners, including AV, staging and streaming teams.

  • Client partnership: Work closely with client stakeholders to understand objectives, manage expectations and provide clear progress updates.

  • Internal collaboration: Partner with creative, account and technical colleagues to turn ideas into practical, high-quality event experiences.

  • On-site delivery: Oversee event set-up and live delivery, troubleshoot issues and keep the wider team coordinated.

  • Quality and risk: Maintain strong production standards, identify risks early and put practical contingency plans in place.

  • Post-event review: Support reporting, capture feedback and document learnings and recommendations for future events.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience producing corporate, marketing or experiential events, with agency experience beneficial.

  • Strong hands-on event planning and event management skills across logistics, timelines and on-site execution.

  • Confident budget and project management skills, with the ability to scope work, track financials and meet deadlines.

  • Experience working with production suppliers, venues and technical teams such as AV, staging or streaming partners.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while remaining calm, organised and solutions-focused.

  • Comfort using common event and project management tools and software.
