The ideal candidate brings deep experience in event strategy and experiential marketing, with strong presentation and communication skills.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development of the Marquee & Industry Event (MIE) strategy and plan aligned to business/marketing priorities.

  • Conduct event research for new and developing portfolios (e.g., AI).

  • Define the right level of participation for each event and lead the contracting process for your assigned events.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with event producers and manage the re-sign process.

Event Experience Design

Once the event mix is defined, lead the strategic blueprint at the program level:

  • Establish event goals and measurable objectives.

  • Identify target audiences and their key care-abouts.

  • Define the impact required on each audience segment.

  • Map the pre-, during-, and post-event customer journey touchpoints to goals and objectives.

  • Build an event measurement framework tied to marketing’s key success measures.

  • Provide ongoing consultation during planning as a member of the Global Customer Events team, partnering closely with the Program Lead and Audience Engagement Lead.

Event Portfolio Management & Nurturing

Provide ongoing support throughout the year to maximize event investments:

  • Conduct on-site event audits.

  • Monitor industry trends and best practices.

  • Drive performance management and reporting.

  • Maintain outreach and relationships with event producers.

  • Perform competitive and partner analysis.

  • Align programs with the client’s key marketing campaigns.

  • Support acquisition integration, where applicable.

What You’ll Bring

  • 7+ years in event strategy and experiential marketing (required).

  • Proven problem-solver and idea-generator.

  • Strong ability to manage and influence key stakeholders.

  • Relationship-first approach across global events, multi-agency, and stakeholder communities—embracing a “one team” mindset.

  • Skilled facilitator and storyteller; able to engage and influence at all levels.

  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable leveraging insights to drive decisions and demonstrate measurable impact.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and passion for future-forward practices.

  • Strategic thinker with clear communication, conceptual strength, and the ability to create clarity amid ambiguity.

  • Composed under pressure; drives alignment and outcomes.

  • Excellent written communication, presentation skills, and executive presence; adept at building cross-functional relationships.

  • Strong PowerPoint skills; tech-savvy.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Compensation & Benefits (Provided by Our Client)

  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.

  • Full healthcare package (medical, dental, vision), long-term disability, life, and AD&D insurance.

  • Flexible paid time off and paid holidays.

  • 401(k) with company match.

  • Learning & Development stipend.

  • Employee referral bonus.
