Being part of a collaborative Brand Experience team About the Role As the Events and Campaigns Lead, you will be the operational backbone of the Brand Experience team — planning and delivering events across World Vision NZ's portfolio (Church, Philanthropy, Schools and Youth, Brand, and Gifts in Wills), while playing an active role in the coordinated delivery of integrated brand campaigns. This is a genuinely dual-function role. On the events side, you own the detail: logistics, suppliers, budgets, risk planning and on-site execution. On the campaigns side, you keep things moving: clear briefs, tracked actions and a team that delivers as one. Across both, it's your attention to detail, collaborative approach and planning discipline that enables the Brand Experience team to deliver confidently and at pace. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of events from strategy and budgets through to on-site execution and post-event review. Manage event operations: suppliers, venues, contracts, logistics, ticketing, catering, travel and stock. Lead event risk planning and ensure health, safety and safeguarding requirements are documented and followed. Support coordinated delivery of integrated brand campaigns maintaining briefs, timelines and actions so the team delivers as one. Lead post-event and post-campaign reviews, capturing learnings for continuous improvement. About You You are an experienced events and marketing professional, highly organised, calm under pressure and passionate about making a difference. You bring: 5+ years' experience in events, campaigns or marketing, with end-to-end delivery ownership. Proven ability to manage multiple events concurrently, from planning through to on-site execution. Strong project management skills and ability to meet competing deadlines without losing momentum. Experience managing event budgets, suppliers, venues, logistics, ticketing, catering and stock. Demonstrated health and safety planning and risk management experience for events. Ability to write clear briefs and coordinate creative and communications deliverables. Strong stakeholder communication skills, confident clarifying expectations and resolving issues. Sound understanding of brand consistency, audience experience and content quality. Availability to work evenings and weekends and travel within New Zealand when required. Full, clean New Zealand driver licence. Desirable: Experience in a non-profit, fundraising or purpose-led organisation. Experience supporting integrated campaigns across digital and physical channels. Current First Aid certificate. Why Work With Us?
