Manage quotes, proposals, client negotiations, and approvals with commercial and creative insight. Liaise daily with our internal design, production, and warehouse teams to deliver seamless results. Be hands-on during bump-in and bump-out to ensure real-time issue resolution and client satisfaction. Maintain precise data in HubSpot and AroFlo, overseeing project timelines, budgets, and margin performance. Collaborate with external suppliers and internal stakeholders across every touchpoint. ✅ What You Bring 3+ years in account/project management, ideally in exhibitions, events, fit-out, or creative production. Exceptional communication skills and a track record of earning client trust and repeat business. Commercial nous – you understand margins, scope, and how to deliver value without compromise. Experience using CRM and job costing tools (HubSpot, AroFlo or similar). Comfort working under pressure, juggling deadlines, and making judgment calls with limited information.
