- Support event administration and communications, including registrations, agendas, materials preparation, invitations, reminders, participant updates, follow-ups, and post-event documentation with participants and stakeholders.
- Support data collection, reporting, and analytics, including the management and analysis of participation data, engagement metrics, and feedback, and contribute to internal reports and dashboards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative and operational processes by identifying inefficiencies, streamlining workflows, and proposing practical solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and administrative documentation to ensure consistency, efficiency, and knowledge retention across the organization.
The Profile
- You believe in our mission and are motivated to translate ambitious ideas into real projects.
- You are comfortable coordinating a broad range of issues to achieve the Institute's strategic goals. You work well with people from different cultures, age groups, and professional backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptable to diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative and operational capabilities.
- Analytical mindset, with an interest in data management, reporting, and improving organizational processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively while also independently driving projects to completion.
