Mars Pet Nutrition is looking for an analytical and execution-focused Excellence in Execution Specialist to join our Central Europe Market Strategy & Deployment (MS&D) team in Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for driving category growth and operational excellence across key Strategic Customers through advanced analytics, reporting, and actionable insight generation.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Deliver comprehensive analytics and reporting support for the Strategic Customer and Channel Management (SCM) framework across Central Europe.
• Monitor, govern, and audit the execution of SCM strategies across all core deployment levers (Activation, Category, and SRM).
• Own, track, and report on cluster SCM key performance indicators (KPIs), establishing unified dashboards to ensure operational visibility and accountability.
• Provide analytical and reporting support for Pack-Price Architecture (PPA) initiatives within the Central Europe cluster.
• Identify category growth opportunities by analyzing internal sales data and external market/sell-out performance datasets.
• Uncover portfolio price-ladder and packaging whitespace opportunities across Central Europe, providing strategic insights to regional stakeholders.
• Identify and map high-impact product, brand, and channel mix opportunities with top retail partners.
• Prepare analytical insights, reports, and presentation decks for strategic customer workshops and joint category growth discussions.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 1 year of professional analytical experience within Category Management, Sales, or Marketing (preferably in the FMCG/CPG sector).
• Higher degree or currently pursuing a university degree.
• Advanced proficiency in utilizing sell-out data tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI).
• Proven track record in data storytelling—translating complex analytics into clear insights and business actions.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to manage complexity.
• Fluent command of written and spoken English.
• Action-oriented team player with effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Agility, nimble learning attitude, and comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
