Fully remote work reporting to the client based in Hong Kong. Project Description Migrate domains from Google (and any other domain controller) to Microsoft. Migrate company emails from Google Mail to Microsoft Outlook. Migrate company emails from a standalone server to Microsoft Outlook. Migrate all data centre servers from the local data centre to a standalone machine or into Microsoft One Drive as appropriate. Migrate BCMS from Data Centre to a standalone PC. Migrate legacy accounting software from Data Centre to a standalone PC. Train the company team to transition from Google to Microsoft. Create internal policies or guidelines for data retention of Files and email accounts and migrate any legacy accounts into Microsoft systems. Create internal policies or guidelines for onboarding and offboarding employees for IT set-up. Work with IT System administrators to clean up legacy accounts for the company. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent communication skills (speaking, writing and reading) in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in Cantonese would be an added advantage. Ability to learn quickly and work autonomously in a fast paced environment. Ability to empathise with, engage and build close trusting relationships with prospective users and partners across the globe. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advantageous Skills: Knowledge/ Experience with PCI DSS certification is advantageous. Knowledge/ Experience in Nginx, Tomcat, IIS, SQL Server, ELK Stack, Docker is advantageous. Knowledge/ Experience in DevOps such as CI/CD is advantageous. Knowledge/ Experience with any programming language, preferably Java, JavaScript, Python and C# is advantageous. Education and Experience: Preferably a Degree/Diploma in Software Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, or a degree in STEM At least 5 years of experience in administering databases, network design and cloud infrastructure. Certification or experience with any public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud) is highly desirable.
