Executive Assistant (100% Remote)

Liaise with clients and manage internal projects, ensuring efficient and effective execution. Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest degree of discretion and integrity. Coordinate internal communication and facilitate project collaboration across departments. Follow up with our Chinese partners, managing relationships and ensuring clear communication. Undertake a range of internal administrative tasks to support the CEO and the broader team. Collaborate on strategic initiatives and assist in implementing operational changes. Assist with sales-related tasks prior to the establishment of a dedicated sales team. Write and manage documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy in internal and external communications. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Access to 24/7 high speed Internet. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, particularly in a project management capacity within a startup environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English. Strong organizational and time management skills, with a flexible approach to managing diverse tasks. Proficient in digital technology and project management tools. A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to handle sensitive information. Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. The employee will be able to work from anywhere in Lebanon.
