Executive Assistant - (Categorie Protette)

Galileo Global Education Italy is looking for a CEO Executive Assistant belonging to the Categorie Protette to join its team in Milan.

The successful candidate will provide direct support to the CEO, contributing to the effective management of priorities, meetings, executive activities and key follow-up actions.

The role requires a high level of organization, discretion and reliability, as well as the ability to interact professionally with senior internal and external stakeholders within an international and dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings and priorities;
• Coordinating executive and Board meetings, business travel and related activities;
• Preparing presentations, reports, briefing materials and executive documentation;
• Monitoring actions, deadlines and follow-up activities;
• Facilitating coordination and information flow across internal and external stakeholders;
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.

Candidate profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior management;
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
• Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken;
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Reliability, discretion and attention to detail.

This position is specifically reserved for candidates belonging to the Categorie Protette.

Location: Milan
Contract: Permanent / Part Time (21 hours per week)
Salary range: €20,000–€25,000
