Executive Assistant | Growing Marketing Agency | Remote

We're one of the fastest-growing Shopify Retention Agencies in the space, and the brands we work with love us for it. We've doubled our headcount in the last 4 months and are now a team of 50 people. And we're not stopping here. That's exactly why we're hiring. We're looking for someone who sees what needs doing and just does it - no hand-holding, no waiting to be told. You'll work closely with the Founder to take real work off his plate and partner with our Head of People on building the team and an exceptional culture. Two fronts, one person who makes them all run smoother, with a clear runway into a Founder's Associate role as you take on more. We're a remote-first company, so you're free to work whenever suits you best, just make sure you're online from 12–5pm CE(S)T so we can stay in sync with the team and clients. What you'll do: Founder Support Run inbox across Slack, email, and LinkedIn - you know what's urgent before it's flagged Own the calendar and meeting prep, so nothing catches him off guard Chase open points and priorities - you're the reason nothing falls through the cracks Handle organizational topics: reservations, team travel, and external & internal events Coordinate and repurpose our marketing content across platforms, keeping everything posted and on-brand Jump on whatever the founder's latest idea is - expect the unexpected, and enjoy it :) People Manage contracts and other important admin tasks across the team Help the People team get more out of the tools we already have, and find ways to work more efficiently (AI, automations, etc.) Screen candidates, source talent, keep the pipeline moving Take on People projects, admin, research, documentation, and earn more ownership as you prove yourself What we're looking for (non-negotiable): Ideal experience: a similar EA/ops role in a fast-growing environment You deliver what you say you will, without being chased You're confident enough to chase the founder when something's overdue - no waiting around, no being intimidated You're organized enough to run multiple workstreams at once without dropping any of them You own your mistakes and act on feedback instead of nodding and repeating them You handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion You're into technology and comfortable picking up new tools and AI You're genuinely interested in marketing and business, and how a company actually grows You're hungry to grow into a Founder's Associate role You’re a strong communicator with excellent English You can commit to being online 12–5pm CE(S)T What you'll get: Competitive salary Generous paid time off A driven and positive team Fully remote - work from wherever you do your best work A real growth path from Executive Assistant → Founder's Associate A front-row seat to how a fast-growing agency is actually built Daily, direct access to the Founder and Executive Team - you'll see every decision made in real time, not filtered through five layers of management This is for you if: You spot what needs doing before anyone asks, and just do it You want variety - a founder's calendar one hour, a LinkedIn post the next, a candidate screen after that You want to earn your way into more ownership, not have it handed to you You take pride in the details nobody else notices until they go wrong This is not for you if: You need a job description to tell you exactly what to do every day You want a narrow, single-lane role You wait to be told twice Speak soon ❤️ 🔥
