Your mission
We are looking for a student with strong organisational and communication skills and proficiency in office software to carry out the following tasks:
- Diary management and scheduling: organising executives’ calendars and coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Internal and external communications: drafting emails, handling telephone calls and managing correspondence.
- Document preparation: preparing reports, presentations, meeting minutes and summaries.
- Event and meeting coordination: managing logistics, invitations and follow-up.
- Document management: maintaining physical and digital files and safeguarding confidential documents.
- Administrative support: providing secretarial support, tracking expenses, ordering supplies and arranging travel.
- Preparing reports and key reminders.
Your profile
- Knowledge of digital tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A proactive approach, strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Advanced Vocational Training qualification in Executive Assistance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Additional training in telephone etiquette, communication or sales skills would be an advantage.
- An advanced level of English would be an advantage.
