Headquartered in the U.S. with operational reach across Latin America, Asia, and Europe, Mandioca provides named accounts, compliance-ready rails, and an intuitive interface to manage multi-currency flows in both crypto and fiat. Businesses use Mandioca to pay suppliers, collect payments, and settle trades while maintaining control, clarity, and flexibility in a global economy. The platform emphasizes instant settlements, global reach, and regulatory-conscious solutions for modern financial operations.

Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Mandioca. The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and ensure efficient diary management across time zones. The role includes preparing and organizing expense reports, maintaining records, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks that support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives. The Executive Assistant will draft and review correspondence, help prepare presentations and meeting materials, and coordinate communication between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders. This position requires proactive support, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills to keep priorities aligned and operations running smoothly.

  • High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with confidential information.
  • Previous experience in fintech, payments, or fast-growing startups is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business, administration, or a related discipline preferred.
