About Redion
Redion is a global care, assistance, and travel insurance provider, helping people stay protected and supported wherever life takes them. In Australia, Redion partners with businesses and travellers to deliver travel insurance, emergency assistance, and care services, providing support before, during, and after every journey.
Backed by a global network spanning more than 190 countries, Redion combines local expertise with worldwide reach to be there when it matters most. Guided by our values of Caring, Collaborative, Agile, Reliable, and Experts, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our customers, partners, and people.
Please note this is a predominantly office-based role, with an expectation of being in the office full time to support the CEO and leadership team. Some flexibility may be available depending on business priorities, schedules and travel requirements.
About the role
Join as a trusted partner to the CEO, providing high-level executive support while helping drive key business priorities across the organisation. Working closely with the ANZ Leadership Team, you will manage complex calendars, travel, communications, and meeting preparation, ensuring the CEO’s time is focused on what matters most.
Beyond executive support, you will play a central role in maintaining leadership team operations, coordinating Board and Committee activities, and driving follow-through on key decisions and commitments. This is an opportunity for a proactive, highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys enabling leaders and teams to perform at their best.
What the role looks like
• Be the CEO’s trusted right hand, managing a complex calendar, travel schedule, communications and key engagements to maximise focus on strategic priorities.
• Drive Leadership Team effectiveness by coordinating meeting cadences, agendas, decisions and actions, ensuring commitments translate into outcomes.
• Keep priorities moving forward, proactively tracking deliverables, identifying risks and dependencies, and escalating issues before they become roadblocks.
• Coordinate Board and Committee activities, supporting meeting preparation, logistics, governance administration and secure record management.
• Build strong relationships across the business and globally, partnering with executives, Executive Assistants and key stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum.
• Leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency, streamline administration and enhance the flow of information and decision-making.
• Help create a seamless operating environment, contributing to the smooth running of the Sydney office while delivering exceptional executive support and stakeholder experiences.
What you’ll bring
• 5 years of proven experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within a CEO Office, Executive Assistant, Business Manager or Chief of Staff capacity.
• Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, complex schedules and changing demands with confidence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging and influencing senior leaders, Board members and external partners.
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, anticipating needs, identifying risks and driving outcomes without requiring constant direction.
• Experience preparing executive-level reports, presentations and briefings, distilling complex information into clear and actionable insights.
• High levels of professionalism, discretion and judgement, with a track record of handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms and digital tools, with a willingness to embrace AI and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
