Are you an organized operational ninja? Meras X is looking for a high-caliber Executive Assistant & Odoo Specialist to serve as our agency's operational backbone—helping us structure our workflows, coordinate team deliverables, and manage executive operations on Odoo Online.

📍 Location: Hadayek October, Giza (Hybrid: Remote + Office Days)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Agency & Team Coordination: Track daily task execution across departments, follow up with team members and interns on deadlines, and ensure agency-wide accountability.
• Odoo Systems Management: Migrate company data to Odoo Online and configure modules (Documents, Project, HR, CRM) to solve operational bottlenecks.
• Executive Secretarial Support: Manage leadership calendars, schedule internal and client meetings, draft official Meeting Minutes (MOM), and filter executive communications.
• HR & Operations Assistance: Monitor employee attendance and timesheets in Odoo, assist with onboarding new hires, and maintain organized digital employee files.
• Documentation & Reporting: Organize agency contracts, build SOPs in Odoo Knowledge, and compile weekly operational status reports for management.

🎯 Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience with Odoo Online setup & administration (Essential).
• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Operations Coordinator in an agency environment.
• Exceptional task-tracking, follow-up, and secretarial management skills.
• Easy commute to our office in Hadayek October on hybrid days.
• Professional fluency in both written and spoken English & Arabic.
