Your break starts here

You’re smart, hungry and ready to prove it. Maybe you’ve started something that didn’t work out. Maybe you’re a few years in and know you’re capable of far more than your title says. Either way, you want a seat next to someone building a company, not a desk three floors away from one.

This is that seat. You’ll work side by side with Scurri's founder, as he personally leads our launch into the US. You’ll do the unglamorous work brilliantly, and in return you’ll see how a company is really built: the deals, the board, the hires, the hard calls.

About Scurri

Scurri is the delivery management platform used by retailers and carriers across Europe, processing over 180 million shipments a year. We connect online sellers to their carriers, and we’re now building agentic AI that doesn’t just show delivery data but acts on it.

Our mission is to be the agentic parcel delivery solution of choice for US mid-market retailers by 2030. I’m relocating to Texas to lead that launch myself. You’ll be with me from day one.

The Role

Half executive assistant, half right hand. The EA work is the price of entry and you’ll do it superbly. The rest is where you grow.

The foundation (done flawlessly)
  • Run my calendar, travel, inbox triage and expenses so I spend time only where it matters
  • Prepare me for every meeting: the research, the briefing, the follow-up
  • Take notes, chase actions and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Organize board packs, events, trade shows and team get-togethers
The stretch (where you earn more)
  • Own projects end to end, from setting up our US office to planning our first trade show
  • Research markets, prospects and partners, and turn it into decks and reports I can use
  • Join customer and partner meetings, attend trade shows and follow up on deals with me
  • Help run our EOS management cadence: meetings, priorities and scorecards
  • Take on whatever problem lands next and solve it with little guidance
How far you go is up to you. Prove yourself and the scope grows with you.

Who You Are

Who you are

  • Seriously smart. A degree or professional qualification, and the kind of mind that picks things up fast
  • Ambitious, and honest about it. You want to learn how to build and run a company, and you see this as your launchpad
  • Gritty. You’ve had setbacks, perhaps a venture that didn’t make it, and you got back up
  • A self-starter. Give you a loose brief and you come back with it done, and done well
  • Obsessively organized. Details, deadlines and follow-through are second nature
  • Trusted. You handle board, investor and people matters with total discretion
  • Sharp with the tools. Strong in Google Workspace and slides; you use AI to work faster, not as a novelty
  • Up for it. Early starts, late finishes and US travel when the launch needs it
You don’t need years of EA experience. I’ll take raw talent and hunger over a polished resume every time. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.

What You'll Get

  • A front-row seat to a US market launch, led by the founder
  • Exposure to every part of the business: sales, product, finance, board and fundraising
  • A role that grows as fast as you do
  • Competitive salary and benefits

How to apply

Skip the standard cover letter. Send your resume and a short note to Jason, my Head of People telling us about the hardest thing you’ve ever done, what it taught you and why it would be relevant to our EA position.
