Investor Relations & Board Support

  • Own the coordination and logistics of Board meetings, investor meetings, and related events, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
  • Support the preparation, organization, and distribution of Board presentations, meeting materials, and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate directly with Board members, investors, and internal leadership to manage scheduling, communications, and follow-ups.
  • Organize Board dinners, investor gatherings, and other executive-level engagements.

Executive Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a key point of contact and trusted liaison between the CEO and internal teams, executives, investors, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Support the CEO in preparing presentations, organizing information, conducting research, and coordinating materials for strategic meetings and initiatives.
  • Drive special projects and ad hoc initiatives on behalf of the CEO, coordinating across teams and ensuring timely execution.
  • Help streamline executive workflows, improve processes, and create structure in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Exercise strong judgment, ownership, and adaptability while managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion, maturity, reliability, and judgment.
  • Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information.
