The Collegium Internationale Neuro-Psychopharmacologicum (CINP) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead the operational management and support the strategic development of our international scientific organization.
The successful candidate will play a key role in leading CINP through its transition to an in-house executive management model, ensuring operational continuity while helping to shape the Society's future strategic development.
The Executive Director will work closely with the CINP President, Treasurer, Executive Committee and Council, and will oversee key areas including membership, governance, financial administration, scientific and educational activities, international congresses, communications, partnerships, fundraising, and strategic development.
We are looking for a highly organized and collaborative professional with experience in international scientific or professional associations, nonprofit or for-profit organizations, academia, or the private sector. Strong project-management, financial, communication, and international relationship-building skills are essential. A strong interest in mental health and advocacy is desirable.
Location: Remote, with participation in annual in-person leadership meetings and selected international CINP events.
Starting date: January 1st, 2027
Employment terms: 0.8–1.0 FTE (4–5 days/week). One-year renewable contract, remote, with flexible contractual arrangements depending on the candidate’s country of residence.
Compensation: Commensurate with experience and level of commitment, with the possibility of a performance-based bonus linked to agreed KPIs. Travel expenses for international CINP meetings will be reimbursed.
