The Global Health & Impact Strategy (GHIS) division of JPGE’s Global Capital & Development Group exists to bring those worlds together. Rather than operating as a traditional health program, GHIS is being developed as a cross-sector platform that integrates leadership, preventative wellness, education, hospitality, quality-of-life innovation, research, philanthropy, strategic partnerships, and community resilience into a scalable Human Sustainability & Quality of Life Impact Portfolio. We're seeking an Executive Director to help lead that vision.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a founding executive leadership opportunity responsible for providing strategic leadership and long-term direction for JPGE's Division of Global Health & Impact Strategy. The Executive Director will serve as the senior leader responsible for stewarding the continued growth of the GHIS portfolio while cultivating partnerships, guiding innovation, supporting executive collaboration, and helping position GHIS as a recognized leader in human sustainability, leadership resilience, preventative health, and global impact.

Working closely with the CEO and the Global Capital & Development Group, this executive will help translate bold ideas into scalable initiatives capable of creating measurable impact across communities, institutions, organizations, and international markets.

WHAT YOU’LL LEAD

Division Strategy

• Develop and advance the long-term strategic vision for GHIS.

• Guide the continued evolution of JPGE's Human Sustainability & Quality of Life Impact Portfolio.

• Identify emerging opportunities for innovation, collaboration, and ecosystem growth.

Executive Partnerships

Cultivate relationships across:

• Healthcare systems

• Universities

• International organizations

• Corporate partners

• Foundations

• Philanthropic institutions

• Wellness organizations

• Community partners

• Portfolio Leadership

Provide executive oversight supporting initiatives such as:

• Leadership Resilience & Human Sustainability

• Identify opportunities to expand GHIS into new markets, partnerships, initiatives, and implementation models.

COMPENSATION

This is a founding executive leadership opportunity within an emerging global

organization. Compensation follows JPGE's 2026 Compensation & Commission Framework and is

designed to reward measurable performance, strategic growth, institutional partnerships, sponsorship development, ecosystem expansion, and long-term organizational impact.

*Compensation Transparency

Estimated first-year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000–$600,000. Exceptional executive performance may exceed $750,000–$1M+ annually as the GHIS ecosystem, partnership portfolio, institutional funding activity, and global initiatives continue to scale.

As JPGE continues to grow, executive leadership roles may also present opportunities for expanded enterprise responsibilities and participation in future long-term incentive structure.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & LOCATION

This is a hybrid role. While Los Angeles-based candidates are strongly preferred, we welcome exceptional applicants with national or global networks in hubs such as New York, Washington D.C., Atlanta, Miami.
