Apply Description Summary The Executive Director of Partner Success (EDPS) is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and long-term impact of engage2learn partnerships with school districts and educational organizations. Operating within engage2learn’s territory-based partnership model, the EDPS works closely with the Director of Strategic Partnerships (DSP) to ensure that new engagements translate into meaningful outcomes, strong partner relationships, and long-term growth opportunities. This role balances project leadership, partner relationship management, and strategic account development. The ideal candidate will own the full customer lifecycle, from implementation and relationship management to value realization and growth by driving outcomes-based narratives around retention and expansion. This position operates as a 40/60 split between sales and project management responsibilities. The EDPS serves as the primary leader for implementation quality, partner trust, and value realization across assigned partnerships. Through strong communication, data-driven insight, and collaborative problem-solving, the EDPS ensures that projects deliver measurable results and that districts clearly recognize the impact of engage2learn’s work. Responsibilities Partner Implementation & Project Leadership Lead the successful implementation of engage2learn projects with school district partners. Collaborate with district leaders to identify strategic priorities related to student outcomes, leadership development, and system improvement. Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and partner stakeholders. Assign and coordinate coaches or consultants based on project needs and expertise. Ensure projects are executed with fidelity to engagement goals and organizational standards. Partner Relationship Management Serve as the primary relationship leader for assigned district partnerships. Build trust with district leaders and maintain consistent communication throughout the lifecycle of the partnership. Facilitate meetings with district leadership teams to monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Represent engage2learn at partner events, presentations, and district leadership meetings when appropriate. Model and champion engage2learn’s mission, culture, and approach to educational impact. Outcomes & Value Realization Establish success criteria and measurable outcomes for each partnership. Monitor progress against project goals using data, partner feedback, and implementation metrics. Surface insights regarding district needs, emerging opportunities, and implementation challenges. Ensure partners clearly understand the value and impact of engage2learn’s work. Document outcomes and success stories that inform future growth opportunities. Expansion & Renewal Collaboration Partner with the Director of Strategic Partnerships to support renewals, replacements, and expansion opportunities. Identify new opportunities within existing partnerships based on demonstrated impact and district needs. Contribute to expansion discussions and proposals by providing insight into partner priorities and outcomes. Support presentations, interviews, and discussions related to continued partnership growth. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product, and marketing to ensure alignment between engagement commitments and delivery capacity. Provide feedback from district partnerships that informs product development, service design, and strategic initiatives. Participate in internal planning discussions related to partner success strategy and organizational growth. Requirements Requirements The successful applicant will demonstrate the following competencies: Master’s degree from an accredited university preferred. Experience as a district or campus leader within K–12 education or equivalent leadership experience. Minimum five years of professional experience in education leadership, project leadership, or program implementation. Strong experience managing complex projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Experience providing training, coaching, or professional development that positively impacts performance outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with modern productivity tools and collaborative platforms. Must possess highly effective communication and conflict resolution skills Ability to build and manage internal and external relationships Must have direct experience in growing and leading people Experience and expertise in facilitating design and community engagement Proficiency in Google G-Suite and Apple for Education Position Details This is a full-time, exempt position. This is a remote position. Standard work hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with additional hours as necessary. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. 401K, Health Insurance plan benefits offered. Full-time employees receive 6 weeks of PTO per year. A Master’s Degree from an accredited university is required. Background check and drug screening will be required.
