Executive Marketing & Research Associate - FULL TIME (Remote) PHILIPPINES ONLY

Job Description The client is a U.S.-based consulting firm specializing in sales strategy, go-to-market planning, and industry-focused market insights is looking for a highly skilled support professional. The company helps organizations refine their sales processes, identify key audiences, strengthen messaging, and improve overall revenue performance. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Marketing & Research Associate to support the leadership team across research, content development, CRM management, and market intelligence initiatives. This role blends administrative tasks, market research, content creation, and light design work—ideal for someone resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of producing polished, professional materials. The ideal candidate has strong research abilities, excellent writing skills, and a solid understanding of marketing or B2B sales concepts. Experience in healthcare, consulting, or self-funded benefits is a plus but not required. Key Responsibilities Administrative & Research Support Responsible for maintaining a directory of industry organizations, conducting prospect research, and tracking key decision makers. Monitor trade publications and regulatory updates, provide weekly summaries, and support event research and scheduling. Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure data integrity and up-to-date reporting. Content Creation & Marketing Support Responsible for drafting thought-leadership social media posts to enhance the company’s presence and industry positioning. Conduct research, develop outlines, and draft blog articles to support educational and strategic content. Create email sequences for client education, nurturing, and retention, and design visual content such as infographics, comparison charts, and brand-aligned graphics. Develop polished presentation templates for meetings, webinars, and speaking engagements. Graphic Design & Brand Support Responsible for designing marketing collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, and sales sheets for client-facing use. Create website graphics and assist with light content updates, as well as develop event materials such as booth graphics, promotional items, and handouts for conferences. Build client report templates for analytical summaries, market reports, and deliverables, and produce video graphics, including thumbnails, lower-thirds, and simple overlays. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis Responsible for monitoring market changes, including competitor updates, service expansions, and positioning. Conduct competitor research to analyze messaging, offerings, and go-to-market approaches. Collect and summarize industry salary and benefits trends, translate regulatory updates into clear internal or client summaries, and document case studies by interviewing key stakeholders to showcase success stories and results. Qualifications Background in marketing, research, communications, administration, or sales support Excellent writing and editing skills Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Strong research and analytical capabilities Basic to intermediate graphic design experience (Canva or similar tools) Ability to create business-ready content such as slides, reports, or infographics Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Benefits Monthly salary of $850.
