Executive Partner to the Chief Growth Officer (Hybrid)
About PeoplePartners
- Great work starts with great people — and at PeoplePartners, a Great Place to Work® certified company, people are at the heart of how we grow.
- We connect talented professionals with exciting opportunities to work alongside global clients, build international experience, and develop careers with real momentum. You’ll be part of a people-first culture where collaboration matters, learning is encouraged, and great work gets noticed.
- If you’re looking for global exposure, meaningful responsibility, and room to keep growing, you’ll feel right at home here.
Role Overview
- Some executive support roles are about managing a calendar.
- This one is about creating leverage.
- As Executive Partner to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll help a fast-moving senior executive stay focused across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, client relationships, and key growth initiatives.
- You’ll turn a busy executive world into something organized, intentional, and actionable — keeping priorities visible, meetings productive, commitments moving, and important details from disappearing into the abyss.
- You’ll know what’s happening, what’s next, what’s overdue, and what needs the CGO’s attention — sometimes before they do.
- This isn’t a role where you wait for instructions. You’ll be expected to see around corners, exercise sound judgment, and create the space the CGO needs to focus on growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CGO’s calendar, meetings, priorities, and scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Identify scheduling conflicts and protect critical commitments and deadlines.
- Prepare meeting briefs, background information, previous discussions, and outstanding action items.
- Track follow-ups from leadership, Sales, client, partner, and other business meetings.
- Follow up with stakeholders on outstanding actions and commitments on the CGO’s behalf.
- Coordinate communications with clients, prospects, partners, and internal teams.
- Draft emails, presentations, meeting notes, and executive communications.
- Research clients, competitors, partners, markets, vendors, and business opportunities.
- Produce concise summaries and briefing materials from research and available information.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Finance.
- Support growth initiatives, events, and leadership sessions.
- Support the CGO’s professional social-media cadence.
- Coordinate complex international travel arrangements.
- Maintain organized records of decisions, documents, commitments, and ongoing initiatives.
- Handle commercially sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Occasionally support high-trust personal tasks that help protect the CGO’s time and capacity.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Executive Partner, or similar role.
- Experience supporting a C-suite executive or senior commercial leader.
- Strong calendar, meeting, priority, and follow-up management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior leaders, clients, prospects, partners, and other external stakeholders.
- Strong organization and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to understand business priorities and context.
- Proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to make sound decisions with limited direction.
- Strong follow-through and ability to track commitments through completion.
- Ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Experience with virtual meeting tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Fireflies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting an executive responsible for Sales, Growth, Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, or Client Success.
- Experience coordinating complex international travel.
- Familiarity with Canva and Descript.
- Familiarity with travel-booking platforms.
- Experience supporting executive professional social-media activity.
- Comfortable working across international teams and multiple time zones.
Why Join PeoplePartners?
