Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced Executive Producer (m/f/d) 80–100% to shape and deliver outstanding sports productions and engaging content for Infront Productions in Milan.
In this role, you will drive editorial and creative direction across live broadcasts, international sports productions, documentaries, digital series and other original content. Combining strong storytelling skills with editorial expertise and a keen eye for visual quality, you will help bring concepts to life and deliver compelling content across multiple platforms.
You will work closely with clients, production teams and cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic and international sports environment, contributing your ideas, expertise and creative vision to high-profile projects. You will also play an important role in maintaining high production standards, supporting business development and helping develop junior team members.
If you are passionate about sport, have a strong editorial instinct and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where quality and teamwork matter, this could be the right opportunity for you!
Your main tasks
Leading the editorial direction of Infront Productions’ projects, providing creative vision, guidance and support for live broadcasts, post-produced formats and original content, including features, digital series and documentaries
Managing editorial projects from concept to delivery, including content planning, research, fact-checking, visual style and structure, on-screen design, graphics and scripting for linear, OTT and digital platforms
Preparing and maintaining editorial production documentation, including multilateral running orders (MROs), editorial guidelines, creative briefs and quality control (QC) reports for key projects
Supporting Business Development by developing pitches, treatment decks and editorial content for requests for proposals (RFPs) and bids
Implementing, leading and overseeing quality control processes for live and non-live content, ensuring consistently high editorial and production standards
Supervising post-production workflows and guiding story editors, graphic designers and sound designers to deliver engaging content with high production values
Collaborating closely with clients, project teams and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve creative and operational objectives
Supporting designated projects and additional tasks as required
Your profile
You have 5–8 years of experience in a similar role or a related field, supported by a relevant undergraduate degree or advanced vocational qualification
You have proven experience in multilateral productions, particularly in delivering world feeds and multi-purpose shoulder content that can also be adapted for unilateral broadcasts
You have experience working on production centre-based projects, delivering international services such as highlight clips, studio wraparounds, highlights programming, digital content and international feed productions
You have excellent research and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate and compelling editorial documentation, including MROs, guidelines, scripts, pitches and creative briefs
You have a strong general knowledge of sport and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with unfamiliar sports, develop ideas and make sound editorial judgements
You have a strong visual sense, a keen eye for design and storytelling, and the ability to oversee editing and post-production processes to achieve high-quality results
You have excellent project management, organisational and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex creative and operational challenges under pressure
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong interpersonal and client management skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams
You have a collaborative, team-oriented mindset and experience in supporting the development of junior team members through constructive feedback and guidance
You are proficient in Microsoft Office programs, and are comfortable working with standard video editing and Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Premiere Pro, Avid, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop
You are fluent in English, any other language is an advantage
