• Product management experience with real strategic responsibility

• Extensive product management track record - you've shipped and scaled products people and businesses love

• Technical background - you understand how software is actually built, and it shows in every conversation with engineering

• Genuine AI fluency - hands-on experience building AI-powered products, with a clear eye for substance over hype
