Role Description The Executive Property Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in STA. ROSA, LAGUNA and CALABARZON, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for promoting ARTHALAND properties in the area, managing client inquiries, and guiding prospective buyers and tenants through the end-to-end sales and leasing process. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, preparing proposals and presentations, maintaining accurate client records, and coordinating with internal teams to support transactions and after-sales service. The Executive Property Specialist will also monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, and contribute to sales strategies and customer engagement activities that align with ARTHALAND’s sustainability and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales skills to build relationships, address inquiries, and close property transactions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for client presentations, negotiations, and coordination with internal teams.
• Solid analytical skills and research capabilities to understand market trends, client needs, and competitive offerings.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, managing time and responsibilities both on-site in Santa Rosa City and remotely.
• Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or sales is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) and willingness to learn new systems.
