🔹 0.6+ years of experience in US/ India IT/ Non IT Recruitment

🔹 Strong experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster.

🔹 Experience working with Implementation Partners, Direct Clients, MSP/VMS

🔹 Strong knowledge of W2, C2C, 1099 amp; Contract/C2H hiring

🔹 Excellent candidate screening, negotiation amp; communication skills

🔹 Ability to work independently in a remote environment
