What you'll do
Identify, attract, and recruit top healthcare leadership talent for client organizations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare executives and clients.
Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and manage the interview process.
Provide strategic advice to clients on market trends and candidate availability.
Manage your own book of business, including business development and client management.
What we're seeking
Must have
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage and grow your own business.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Proven experience in executive search or healthcare leadership recruitment is preferred, but not required.
